Taking care of your teeth every day therefore always involves good oral hygiene, but also simple preventive actions, which will allow you to have a better smile, but also to avoid the formation of tartar or dandruff. Brush your teeth regularly

It is well known, and it is always better to cure than to prevent. Do not forget to visit your dentist once a year, to perform a descaling, or to check that you are not suffering from any inflammation (which is not always painful).
Choose your toothpaste
The choice of your toothpaste is also essential for your oral hygiene. Choose it with fluoride (to consolidate your enamel) and adapt it to your age, since from a child to a senior, your needs will not be the same.
Use dental floss
You do not always think about it, but flossing after brushing your teeth is essential for taking care of your teeth every day. This will allow you to access the gap between your teeth, which the toothbrush can not reach, but where the food residues lie. Choose it based on the health of your teeth (and be especially careful if you have sensitive teeth). Your pharmacist can certainly advise you.
Regularly make mouthwash
To take care of your teeth, also think about getting a good toothpaste, being careful not to overdo it, since we generally advise not to do more than one toothpaste a day. If you do it too often, you may increase the resistance of bacteria to chlorhexidine (the active ingredient in all kinds of toothpaste) and damage your gums.
Natural tips for a bright smile
You can also turn to natural ingredients, naturally abrasive properties, that will allow you to take care of your teeth, and find a bright smile. You can, for example, trust lemon, to use as a mouthwash, but not too regularly not to damage the enamel of your teeth (no more than once a week). The acidity of the lemon will allow you to get rid of tartar, and brush your teeth with lemon juice is often enough to clean thoroughly.
Another precious ally: the baking soda that applies to your toothbrush (without toothpaste, to avoid getting too abrasive), will allow you to find a whiter smile. Again, do not overdo it, and use it once a week.
