Description:

From my experience and different practices, I concluded that it is the small daily actions that have a significant impact. It is the repetition of these actions, every day that will create the lasting change you want. In other words: it is better to meditate 10 minutes a day than 1h every week. Even if meditating 1 hour a week is excellent practice! Let's get along well.
What I want to say to you is that there is not necessarily to implement BIG change in your life, but rather small, simple actions.

1.      A deep breath before eating - Estimated time: 2 minutes

The breath is sacred. We forget it often. Reconnecting to your breath is a powerful act that can "bypass" your mind, refocus you, ground you, and help you prioritize. Doing it before eating will undoubtedly help you digest better. Have you tried?

2.      Choose what is essential for you, not for others - Estimated time: 3 minutes

This is a look to ask, in every situation where you feel frustration. Do you choose yourself? What do you prefer in you? The need to please? Your ego? Or your heart?

 3.      Welcome - Estimated time: the time it takes

All. Absolutely everything, with joy. It looks effortless. And it is. However, it is not so easy when we identify with parts of us stressed or in conflict. Connect to the joy in you, and welcome. All.

4.      Touch your body, with love - Estimated time: 10 minutes

Take the time in the morning to explore the parts of your body, in a neutral touch! Not necessarily sexual a contact that discovers has fun that seeks to communicate with your muscles, your particles. Attempt and connect to the feeling. What does it make you feel?

    5.       Looking at each other in a mirror - Estimated time: 5 minutes

Put yourself in front of ice cream and listen to what's going on. Are there judgments that intervene? Is there an emotion? Are you able to look at yourself without any experience? Is there something in you that looks with love and detachment at that "physical form" that you are, too?
