Such a beautiful sight is to see a smiling lady, while the gentle wind blows between her pretty curls. And boys not only like it, but girls love their hair more, too. For them, the care of the hair is the most important, then the responsibility of the skin. It can not be denied that women can do anything to save their hair. The only motivating factor to keep your hair healthy and beautiful in your mind.

It is known worldwide that women suffer from mood swings that every man wants to avoid. But even if they have a destructive mentality, they will make sure nothing happens that hurts the hair. When they get angry, they decide to cut their hair. Even then, they are careful with every inch of their hair. Never play with your hair; otherwise, you have to deal with the anger of the woman!

What makes a woman in a bad mood and exceeds a man's expectations is the problem of hair. We realize that hair problem like

These are widespread problems and of course, require special attention. There are many natural treatments for these problems that we can use regularly, but first, we need to know what we are already using. The hair care products we use have to be chosen with intelligence and not just because we see their ads on TV.

Most of us are unaware that our shampoos and conditioners contain chemicals that damage our hair or are unsuitable for our hair type. The most important thing you need to consider when hair care is to know your hair type. There are different types of products for different hair types. Familiarize yourself with our hair care products and see if they care about our hair or are slowly destroying it.

1. Check the ingredients of your product:

Make sure that your product contains the least amount of surfactant, which is the chemical that forms the foam. Especially those who have a greasy scalp should not take foam shampoo randomly. Avoid products containing SLS (Laurel Sodium / Laurel Sulphate). This chemical forms a good foam, but know that it is used in industrial detergents! Prevents your hair from getting damaged. There is a natural swelling called Reetha, also called Aretha. You can mince two balls of reetha and mix with water. Mix it a little bit. This will provide enough foam to cleanse your scalp. Those with dry scalp should choose a very natural shampoo that will not leave the scalp dry and flaky. How to check the chemical composition: The first fonts contain the most significant amount in this shampoo, and the last fonts are used in small quantities.

Hair loss is caused by what is commonly used in conditions, shampoos and hair gels. This gives the hair a very deceptive sheen, but internal history shows that it breaks down the proteins and healthy cells that cause hair growth and retention. For shiny hair, use oils rather than chemicals.

2. Check parabens and formaldehyde:

It is a preservative for beauty products. It is harmful to your health because it penetrates your hair and skin and disturbs the endocrine system, leading to premature aging and grey hair. We need to be aware of all chemicals that damage not only the hair but also the skin and our internal system. Formaldehyde is a very harmful chemical used to straighten hair. Some shampoos contain formaldehyde to help people have hair without ripples. Be careful with shampoos to smooth the hair with keratin, as they contain formaldehyde. Formaldehyde severely damages the hair and also causes irritation to the throat, coughing, rashes, impaired vision, and also causes nasal problems. Long-term use may cause dermatitis, and prolonged use may also be cancerous.

3. Choose your oils intelligently:

If you lubricate your hair regularly and still have hair problems, it's time to know which oil to use. All fats are not used to oil your hair. Nature is rich in nutrients and healthy minerals for our diet. Use it intelligently. If you want hair without a hair coat, you can use argan oil, also called Moroccan oil, instead of formaldehyde-containing hard shampoo. It also acts as a healthy and natural conditioner without rinsing out. This does not make your hair greasy, but it's like a good serum. We have already read that hair loss is caused by the chemical propylene glycol (PG) and that oils should be used instead of chemicals. Jojoba oil regulates hair loss by regenerating the roots and cell structure. Avoid alcohol-containing shampoos (isopropyl, cetyl, stearyl, oleyl, etc.). Alcohol is used in dandruff shampoos, but is very damaging to the hair and scalp, as it can over-dry and cause fungal and bacterial infections. Tea tree oil is a very useful oil to keep bacteria and fungus out of our scalp. It is an anti-dandruff oil, not greasy.

If you want thick hair with a reasonable volume, start massaging with castor oil. It is a very rich and viscous oil that is difficult to incorporate into the pores. Therefore, it is advisable to use it with coconut, olive and almond oil. The blend of these three oils is the best hair care product. If you have a dandruff problem, you can cut a lemon and squeeze in mustard oil and gently massage onto the scalp.

4. Which chemicals are allowed for the hair ?

We understand that we can not wholly eliminate hair care products such as shampoos from the market because of changing environmental conditions. Therefore, it is recommended to search for PANTHENOL, the chemical equivalent of vitamin B in products. Also check the citric acid, which cleanses the scalp efficiently and gives us a healthy cuticle. It provides the hair with a natural shine. Shea butter is suitable for a natural shine in the nose. Therefore, you can use an air conditioner that contains a mixture of oils and shea butter without having to worry about side effects.

We now know all the chemicals that damage our hair, natural products that can be used for healthy hair, and chemicals that are not potentially harmful to our beautiful locks. It is advisable to visit every week an excellent spa and a good salon for a good head massage and a hair spa.
