14 care tips that all women over 30 should know
Read a magazine article about skincare for women over 50, and it is thoroughly depressing. The list of things that happen to us as we get older can cause you to shun the beauty pages of magazines forever. Or that or hiding in a closet.
I do not need a
journal to tell me that my cells are not being delivered as often as in my 20
years. I like Nicole Kid-man. I would wear a hat every day and use an FPS of 40.
I might look like Nicole Kid-man. Apart from the fact that everyone knows that
Nicole Kid-man had a lot of Botox. Like me, you probably do not need a plastic
surgeon to tell you that your cheeks are losing fat, your skin is losing its
elasticity and your face is slipping.
It's all part of
the aging process. But I agree (mainly) because my goal is to look suitable for
my age and be happy with my skin.
For all women over
50 who know that beauty comes from within, but also wants to look suitable for
your age, this article is for you. And for those who are interested in plastic
surgery, Botox injections, and fillers, we will treat it as well. There are not
many wondrous arrangements in these 14 tips (except perhaps for Re-tin-A), but I
swear that there are many tricks, decent recipes, and a mindset that the years
past 50 are full of wonder and admiration. beauty
(1) Use sunscreen every day
I know it's hard to
keep hearing about the importance of sunscreen, but if there's a beauty rule, I
advise the 15-year-old to wear decent sunscreen every day. Nothing hurts your
skin more than being exposed to the sun. It is the first cause of brown spots,
wrinkles, and skin cancer.
Here's the thing:
Not all sunscreens are the same. You must choose a sunscreen of at least 40 FPS
and one that blocks UVA and UVB rays.
Two things to keep in
mind when you have found the right sunscreen:
1. You should rain
it or wear it shiny. UV rays pass through clouds, and it is essential to get
used to using sunscreen every day. And do not worry, it will not cover your
pores while you cleanse your face at night.
2. Apply again
during the day. Renowned dermatologist Patricia Wexler insists that all women
(regardless of skin color) apply sunscreen throughout the day.
3. Spread a little
on the top of his hands. Dermatologists say they can determine a woman's age by
looking at her hands next to her neck.
Product
recommendations:
I prefer tinted sunscreen, as it leaves no whitening on the
face and unifies the complexion of my skin. Neutron is an excellent pharmacy
version, or you can buy it from Amazon. My favorite (recommended by my
dermatologist), however, is the tinted, expensive but fabulous sunscreen La
Roche Po-say (also available on Amazon). Choose your chosen one and apply it
with a foam sponge-like, Laura Mercies.
(2) Make sure you
have the right cleansers and humectants
It is essential to
choose cleansers, moisturizers, and skin-care products. If you do not know
yours, find out about your skin type.
If you have oily
skin, you can be lucky. Studies show that oily skin develops fewer wrinkles. If
you have sensitive skin, you should test all your products on the neck or arms
before using them. This product, which you liked a few years ago, can now cause
redness (as you get older).
You may also have
noticed that your skin dries with age. With increasing age, oil production, and
cell turnover of our skin slow down, especially after menopause. I noticed that
at the age of 35, my naturally oily skin had become as dry as the Sahara
desert.
Product recommendations:
Patricia Wexler's cleansers are formulated and affordable for
mature skin (from her chemical husband). Besides, they feel divine. I use the
Wexler Universal Anti-Aging Cleanser (to buy on Amazon), and I include other
excellent cleaners that have been selected from the list of the best cleaners.
In terms of moisturizer, the added moisturizing properties of Yu-Be Skin
Moisturizers (available from Amazon) are a blessing when your skin becomes very
dry and flaky. I also like to use extra virgin coconut oil for my face.
(3) What to do if your skin is as dry as the Sahara desert?
To keep the skin
dry in the best possible conditions, it is important to clean with suitable
products that do not affect the skin moisture. You also need to exfoliate. The
most important thing is to moisturize your skin throughout the day.
Here are some tips
to keep your face from drying up:
1. Do not use hot
water. This only removes the skin of the oils. Instead, use lukewarm water or
avoid water and cleanse the surface with a cold cream like Pond.
2. Use a creamy
cleanser for dry skin and do not destroy rich stains that only stay on your
face for a few minutes.
3. Thick and
moisturizing creams and oils help maintain moisture. Always apply evening and
morning under your make-up.
4. Consider
investing in a product containing chronically acid, one of the most current
trends in skincare. Chronically acid is a serum. The best anti-aging serums that
help the skin to absorb and store moisture. It effectively fills the skin.
1. Scrub every
week. If you have dry skin, you probably have flaky skin, so you should do a
scrub once or twice a week. For exfoliation, I like to use a damp cloth and
extra virgin coconut oil.
2. To moisturize
the rest of your body, avoid soaking soaps in the shower and choose a creamy
body wash. After showering it is important to hydrate. You can use pharmacy
creams (like Inducer and Ce-rave) or oils (I'm extra for virgin coconut and
almond oil).
(4)
Find an oil that you like.
Oils
are one of the latest trends in skincare. Everyone talks about their favorite
oils, flavors, and the best for their skin type. I prefer oils over creams
because they are more natural, glide smoothly and leave the skin firm and
moist. The list of the face and body oils that are great for your skin is
endless. Try some of these oils to find the best option.
(5) Exfoliation is the key.
Exfoliation
is essential with age. "The outer layer is a roof of dead skin and gets
thicker with age, making the skin cooler," Dr. Steven J. Perelman, a
renowned Plastic Surgeon in New York.
You
should exfoliate your body and face weekly, more often when the skin is dry,
itches and peels off (which may be especially noticeable in the colder winter
months). Use a dry brush to exfoliate before bathing as the moisturizer is
applied much more gently when exfoliating the skin.
For
the face, I recommend a good exfoliation. Face masks are not a necessity in
your weekly skincare, but they can leave a feeling of incredible beauty. This
is because they cleanse the skin and deeply moisturize it. You can buy a good
mask in pharmacies, department stores, or online. Or you can make your
home-made recipes for the face scrub. I discovered that applying a mask once a
week or every two weeks does the job.
Product
Recommendations: I'm too busy making my scrubs and instead use the delicious
Polish Fresh Sugar Face (I buy it from Amazon). Apply scrubs to your body and
opt for scrubs (available on Amazon).
(6) Do eye creams work?
The
first signs of skin aging usually appear around the eyes, causing women to buy
expensive eye creams that promise to come back. The truth is that they will not
do it. The skin around the eyes is fragile and only thins as you get older.
Excellent
eye cream is usually a thicker version of your typical facial moisturizer.
However, some women swear by it. Therefore, the list of the best eye creams for
all believers is the most prevalent eye cream, from fancy (face) to the best
deals in the pharmacy.

So what works on crow's feet?
Since
we know that eye creams do not erase your lines of expression, what is that? In
a word: Botox. I tried it, and it works. It will happen. Your doctor will
inject your sons Botox and freeze them.
You can always smile and laugh, but you will find that the deep lines are not
so deep anymore. You can also fill them with fillings and consult Hollywood
Secrets to Looking Younger.
I realize that the
needle is not for everyone. If you're looking for a non-invasive 7-way solution
to hide crow's feet, there are other ways to protect or at least alleviate
them.
My recommendation:
Botox because it works. If you follow this path, you should have the guidance
of a friend and ask before and after for some pictures (no change).
(8)
Is there a miraculous cream?
People
are always asking me if there is any cream they can get in the pharmacy that
takes their time. There are none, but there is a miraculous cream, and it is no
longer just a prescription. The secret lies in retinal from vitamin A
derivatives and prescription cretinous (ie, Retina-A). A good retinal cream
helps reduce wrinkles and fine lines every night as it penetrates the lower
layers where collagen is found.
My
recommendation: I used Re-tin A until my dry skin could not take it anymore. Now
I use over-the-counter retinal. There are many over-the-counter products today.
The best over-the-counter retinal products, but they can be expensive, so
compare them.

Amazing benefits of Botox and fillers
In
Elle magazine, television presenter Kelly Ripa announced that she buys Botox
every seven months to preserve her youthful appearance at age 47. According to
the British Daily Mail, Ripa said to Elle, "It's Botox, my eyelid skin
rests on my eyelashes every seven months." (See the whole article)
The
truth is that if you want to reduce the signs of wrinkles and fat loss in the
cheeks, Botox and fillers are the way to go. I know because I tried it myself.
Botox raises your eyes, making you look wiser and younger as you freeze the
smile lines recorded on your eyes. The fillings fill your cheeks. You can also
inject them into the bilabial folds, the deep cracks that grow along the nose
with age and are also known as puppet lines.
Many
women also fill their lips with them.
If
you're wondering if the injections hurt you, the answer is yes. I found that
Botox injections did not hurt as much as the fillers. You will also get bruises
later, so I advise you to do this if you have no plan for 24 hours.
(10) Chemical peels and lasers
Lasers
are used for a variety of skin problems. They can be expensive and painful, but
many women trust them. I have not laser-treated my face, so I can not tell you,
but non-ablative lasers currently on the market can eliminate age spots, sun
spots, scars, and irregular textures.
Your
doctor's office may have mild chemical skin to improve skin color and texture
and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. They are relatively
painless and less expensive than lasers. For best results, you should use a set
of six or more, which will increase with the adaptation of your skin.
(11) Confirm! What to do with growing chin hair?
I
know people in their thirties who have problems with chin hair because of
hormones. You can sting them, but they will always regrow. Electrolysis is the
only way to keep your chin permanently in check.
(12) It's true, the heavier you look, the younger you look.
"As
you get older, you have to be ready to change your ass," said actress
Catherine Denver.
When
you attend your 30-year high school meeting, you'll find that your chubby
classmates look like they're getting older, but skinny women already had
noticeable wrinkles around their eyes and mouth. A twin study of this
intriguing study found that women over 40 feel younger by a few extra pounds.
It's because we lose facial fat as we get older, and the skin goes down.
(13) How to Get Rid of Your Mustache
You have only
two options for upper lip hair: Rinse with a homemade hair removal kit or do it
by a professional.
(14) How to cover varicose veins and varicose veins
Spiders and
varicose veins can be unsightly, but if you have them, you are in good company.
Most women develop leg veins with age. You can have psychotherapy removed
professionally: What happens if my spider veins are deleted from my legs?) Or
you can cover them with a concealer. Many women over 50 wear dark trousers or
socks to find these unsightly veins.
